Birth Assistant Training Program

This 4 day course covers general duties and responsibilities in a normal birth as well as more advanced skills for complications and emergencies. The cost of the course is $500, which includes educational materials and the $35 non-refundable application fee. If you are interested in attending a course please e-mail me. Neonatal Resuscitation and CPR training: You must be familiar with the AAP standards for neonatal resuscitation and the AHA standards for Basic Life Support prior to attending this course. It is strongly recommended that you attend these courses before the Birth Assistant Training course and become certified. At the very least you must read the course manuals for each of these programs prior to attending this workshop

Refunds and cancellations: Registrants who contact the instructor by e-mail or phone prior to the morning of the 1st day of class will receive a refund of $465 for the course ($500 less the non-refundable application fee). Those who wish to change course dates may do so once up to 1 week prior to the course start date without incurring additional fees. Anyone wishing to switch dates more than once will be required to resubmit the $35 application fee. Registrants who request to switch course dates with less than 1 week notice will also be required to resubmit the $35 application fee.
